Fast-Food Dining meets Michelin star awarded chefs at BOCO PARIS, a concept that was love at first sight some months ago when I stumbled accross one of the Boco restaurants at Bercy – Village.
Back in Paris last week I paid a visit at the Opera BOCO restaurant only to experience the finest quick meal of a long time.
Imagine a contemporary looking bistro filled with little glass jars that contain creations of the culinary elite of France.
From 3 star Michelin awarded chefs Anne-Sophie Pic , Gilles Goujon , Emmanuel Renaut to pastry chefs Christophe Michalak, Phillipe Contincini, Philippe Urraca, Frédéric Bau these are just some names that have created recipes just for BOCO restaurants.
All dishes are organic, you can knock yourself out and try as many as you like, take home a recipe book to recreate the ones you enjoyed the most or even shop wines, crisps and nuts.
My favourite treat: Il panettone by Rodolfi Simone
Brunch essentials: The mushroom kind of omelette by Emmanuel Renaut
Dinner extravaganza: The lamb or veal dish by Regis Marcon
