Alleno took over from chef Christian Le Squer after 16 years of service and is now head of 7 top-notch international restaurants including Le 1947″ in Cheval Blanc Courchevel, “La Terroire Parisien” in Paris, “Dior des Lices” in Saint-Tropez, “La Grande Table Française” in Marrakech and S.T.A.Y in Peking .

The Question is:
Is Yannick Alleno going to bring the culinary revival that Pavillion Ledoyen needs?
After having tried Alleno 3 times this year in 3 different places, I am a big fan.
Let’s wait and see what’s in store!
