Some like it HAUTE a brand new tasting menu signed by Geoffrey Rembert & Vassilis Milios served at La Suite Lounge at St. George Lycabettus Lifestyle Hotel.

WHAT: A beautiful marriage of fine Greek & French flavors under the stars of the Athenian sky.
French chef Geoffrey Rembert, currently working as the executive chef of Jacques Faussat in Paris, has spent a month with the hotel’s executive chef for years now, Vassilis Milios, in order to create a food and wine tasting menu combining traditional French cuisine and fresh produce from the Greek terroir.
This tasting menu is light and fresh suitable  for all taste buds,  including typical Mediterranean dishes that most of us love, like the mouth-watering lamb paired with a Cotes du Rhone Guigal.
On the other hand  the St. Jacques dish paired with an excellent Viogner and the shrimp dish are not going to let down the seafood lovers!
Overall this tasting menu is easy yet fine and caters for all of those who love the French and Greek cuisine of today.

PIECE DE RESISTANCE: The champagne & strawberries at the beginning along with a very interesting amuse bouche, sets the tone for a great evening
