Galaxy bar & restaurant is by now an institution on the Athenian night scene as one of the poshest places for a good cocktail with a view.
On the top floor of the Athenian Hilton, here you can enjoy amazing cocktails gazing a vast palette of colors as the sun goes down.
An international crowd, indoors and outdoors and a restaurant with a very good service indeed.
The menus are two. A sushi one and a contemporary Greek one.
The truth is that the past 4 years, the restaurant has had its ups and downs in terms of price versus quality and although a sushi lover myself, I would stick to the Mediterranean menu if I was a tourist visiting the place in order to get a 360 Greek dining experience.
The menu consists of creative Mediterranean dishes such as grilled grouper, black cod, Chillean sea bass plus some great meat dishes like black angus Rib Eye & beef fillet, Dutch veal tenderloin, beef tataki, substantial burgers, pasta and risotto dishes.
Try the lobster tail risotto and the grilled grouper filet with fish roe and lime sauce.
