Ravello, Positano, Amalfi, Capri...this is the perfect time of the year to feel some of the Italian magic.
Imagine iconic hotels perched up on the rocks, ravishing views, romantic strolls, rides with speed boats and topnotch dinners on private verandas.

This week every day a must-visit Italian hotel will be featuring on this little black book -  all tried, tested and suggested.
First stop a real 5 star hotel jewel - Palazza Avino - ex Palazzo Sassi

  1. Palazzo Avino - Ravello

No one can ever imagine arriving at the village of Ravello what immense beauty is hidden inside this 12th century palazzo
Palazzo Avino is a stunning five-star luxury  hotel built in what was once a 12th century private villa for an Italian noble family.
Tucked away in the medieval hilltop village of Ravello and perched high on the cliffs, 350 m above the sparkling Mediterranean, Palazzo Avino overlooks some of the coast's most picturesque fishing villages.
Its suites are spacious, with terracotta beautiful verandas and the communal spaces make you feel completely at home.
The gardens and pool area have a total feel of seclusion while you feel like the most vivid colors of nature have teamed up with the absolute blue of the sea.

Piece de resistance: The spa - quite - beautiful with top therapists
The work out area is my favorite - you get to work out al fresco overlooking the sea.
The food throughout the years has gotten better and better, do not miss an impeccable dinning experience at Rosselinis
